Factory Reset

You can choose to Factory Reset the Work Managed devices.

Factory Reset
  1. In MobilLock Pro Dashboard, click Devices.
  2. In Registered Device section click View Details in grid view, for the device that you want to Factory Reset.
  3. Click  and select Factory Reset.
  4. Click OK on the confirmation message box. You can reboot the same device by clicking Reboot Device.


 - Once the device is Factory reset, it can no longer be managed from Dashboard.
- You would have to Delete the device from Dashboard to stop it from appearing.
