Enable Google Authenticator based 2-Step Verification

Google Authenticator is an advanced mechanism of 2-Step verification which enables verification of a sign-in attempt using the Google Authenticator application. Once enabled, all the owner accounts, co-account owner accounts & administrators would need the code generated by the Google Authenticator application to complete the Sign-In process.

Who can Enable Two Step Authentication?
