Extending Windows Enterprise Store support to MSI apps: Scalefusion now allow Admins to upload MSI files and distribute to the device profiles. No need to convert apps to UWP, use MSI files to upload on dashboard and publish it on managed devices directly. For more details refer Installing Enterprise Apps on Windows 10 Devices help doc.
